Shipment

Shipping Costs:

Orders over €80 within Germany are currently free of shipping charges. For orders under €80, we charge a flat fee of €5 for parcel shipping and €15 for bulky items.

Orders over €200 within the EU are also exempt from shipping costs. For orders under €200, we charge €25 for parcels and €42 for bulky goods.

Shipping Providers:

Standard parcels are shipped with DHL, freight shipments are handled by Kühne + Nagel, and bulky items are shipped with DPD or GLS. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific courier requests.
We cannot forward drop-off permissions for neighbors or common areas—please arrange this directly with the delivery service.

Notifications:

Once our logistics team has packed your order, you’ll receive a notification with a DHL tracking link. For freight deliveries, you’ll receive a separate email with more details.

Delivery Time:
This depends on the products ordered. Parcels are usually delivered within 3 working days. Freight deliveries can take up to 7 working days.

Important for Freight Deliveries:

We always book freight deliveries with prior telephone notice. Therefore, it’s essential to provide a phone number when ordering bulky or freight items. We have no control over scheduling—the carrier will contact you directly.
If the phone number is missing, the delivery will be delayed.
For insurance reasons, the driver is not allowed to assist with carrying the goods. Delivery is always to the curbside.

Shipping Days:

We ship Monday through Friday, except on national holidays or public holidays in NRW.
