Special Features

The coffee is roasted in the Drago Mocambo coffee roastery using the gentle drum roasting process for 16 to 18 minutes. The original Italian stone oven used allows the coffee aromas to fully develop. The roastery does not use any additives. After the long-term roasting, the beans are air-cooled for five minutes before further processing.
